First Eight Villas at Breighton Completed In Time For New Year

Millville, N.J. (December 30, 2009) - Construction crews battled record snowfalls and were still able to finish construction on eight trackside Villas at New Jersey Motorsports Park, luxury town homes overlooking turns eight and nine of the South Jersey facility's Thunderbolt Raceway.



The first eight units are the initial stage of a long-term plan to build as many as 180 Villas around the road course in a community named The Villas At Breighton. The Villas are available with a variety of options, amenities and floor plans for owners to customize, but each features an expansive second floor deck that offers unmatched views for each professional and club event at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

The initial owners are all a part of the Drivers Club at New Jersey Motorsports Park, the facility's exclusive membership club that provides private track days on both the 2.25-mile Thunderbolt Raceway and the 1.9-mile Lightning Raceway, as well as other activities exclusive to members.

Villa owners are able to work on their cars in their private garages, with access to the rest of the facility amenities - including the Breighton Room restaurant and bar and tennis courts.
